How long will my order take?

The production will average between 2-7 working days before it gets shipped.

Once it is shipped, you will receive an estimated delivery time (EDT) based on historical shipping data to your area. This will be an estimate and not a guarantee.

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number.

You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page.

When an order has been given to the shipping carrier, updates on its status will depend on their tracking services. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at shop[at], and we’ll do our best to help you.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. Once we receive it back, we’ll contact you for an updated address. If the package was not returned to us, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
